Since Disney and Lucasfilm announced the young Han Solo movie, fans and film critics have been guessing who would play the young scruffy looking nerf herder. Late last week it was announced that front runner Alden Ehrenreich has gotten the part of young Han Solo, originally played by Harrison Ford.

The 26-year-old actor is primarily known for his appearance in the Coen Brothers’ Hail, Caesar!. He was also in Beautiful Creatures and Blue Jasmine.

Like Rogue One, the Han Solo movie will take place between Episodes 3 and 4, Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. The movie will show how Han became the confident smuggler before he begrudgingly joined the rebellion.

The movie will be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (21 Jump Street, 22 Jump Street), with screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan (The Empire Strikes Back, The Force Awakens) and his son Jon Kasdan (In the Land of Women). The Han Solo Star Wars anthology will be in theaters on May 25, 2018.
