Anybody who has been to conventions over the past few years has likely seen actors from one of the Power Rangers TV series. Whether they’re from Mighty Morphin’, Zeo, Time Force, Megaforce, or other shows and movies, the Power Rangers cast members are a tightknit group with a passionate fan base.

And now there’s a chance to see at least 18 former US Power Rangers in a movie together. They have gathered for The Order – a gritty film that will be filled with action and some awesome fight scenes between the former Rangers.

The Order follows a group of covert vigilantes, often as a shadow to the FBI and CIA. They are living weapons who operate in secret, dedicated to keeping humanity safe. But things are about to get messy when the Order learns about a dangerous plan led by some of their own members. Think of it as The Expendables meets the Power Rangers.

The cast and crew members of The Order have started an Indiegogo crowd funding page to help the project. At present, they have a completed script, director and crew, production team, principal cast, and partial funding.

So far the cast includes Austin St. John, Walter Jones, David Yost, David J. Fielding, Paul Schrier, Karan Ashley, Johnny Yong Bosch, Steve Cardenas, Catherine Sutherland, Nakia Burrise, Hilary Shepard, Blake Foster, Jason Faunt, Erin Cahill, Deborah Estelle Philips, Dan Southworth, Alyson Sullivan, and Azim Rizk. That’s 20 years of Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin in 1993 through Megaforce in 2013.

They are hoping to raise $250,000 for all of the various production costs. Fans who contribute to the goal can get perks starting with a thank you from The Order for $5 all the way to being an executive producer and getting a two-week pass onset for $10,000. There are lots of perk levels in between offering everything from signed cast photos to a digital PDF of the script to walk on roles to producer passes.

To give fans a taste of The Order, they produced a sizzle reel highlighting some of the action that will be in the film. While the Power Rangers TV shows were kid-focused, The Order looks like a tough as nails action flick.
