Overstreet adviser and Scoop contributor Maggie Thompson held her annual panel at Comic-Con International: San Diego during Thursday's con session. Her panel consisted of a number of other women of various ages who came together to talk about their nerd-focused lives.

Specifically, the panel looked at what it's like to grow up in a family of fellow nerds and how that sort of upbringing differs from a more traditional approach to child-rearing. The ladies also looked at how this upbringing has impacted their adult lives. The panel was attended by a variety of different demographics and definitely stood out from similar panels in the schedule.
