It's official, powerhouse actress Dichen Lachman will be joining The CW's Supergirl as DC supervillain Roulette. ComicBook.com first confirmed the news of her involvement after she was spotted on-set in Vancouver.

Lachman has an extensive history with genre television, beginning with her first major role as Sierra in Joss Whedon's Dollhouse. Subsequently, the Australian actress appeared in Torchwood, Being Human, The 100, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as the Inhuman leader Jiaying.

"Based on the classic DC Comics character, Roulette runs an underground alien fight club in National City and she is eager to get Supergirl in the ring," the official description from the CW stated.

Roulette was originally created by Geoff Johns and Derec Aucoin for 2001's JSA Secret Files #2 - in which Veronica Sinclair took up the name of Roulette after her villainous grandfather. In comic books, Roulette primarily appeared as an adversary for the JSA. Coincidently, the JSA are scheduled to appear in the upcoming season of Legends of Tomorrow. Roulette previously appeared on CW's Smallville, portrayed by Steph Long.

As to which episode Lachman will appear is still unclear, but the second season of Supergirl begins October 10, 2016 on The CW.
