Holy automobile Batman! Chevrolet has teamed up with students from Detroit’s Cody Rouge community, A World in Motion and First LEGO League, to unveil its life-size LEGO Batmobile at the North American International Auto Show.

Stretching 17 feet long and weighing in at 1,695 pounds, Chevy's LEGO Batmobile was designed to intimidate even the most fiendish villain. The vehicle, which is made up of 344,187 LEGO's, was inspired by Batman's Speedwagaon featured in The LEGO Batman Movie.

“To work on the LEGO Batmobile with Warner Bros. is an absolute thrill for us at Chevy. Many of the themes in The LEGO Batman Movie, like imagination, family and community, align perfectly with our Chevy brand values and add to the value of the partnership,” shared Paul Edwards, U.S. vice president of Chevrolet Marketing.

The LEGO Batmobile from Chevrolet is also featured in a variation of Chevrolet’s “Real People, Not Actors” campaign. During the new spot, real LEGO Minifigure's discuss what type of person would drive the all-new LEGO Batmobile.

In this new LEGO adventure, DC's iconic superhero must learn to cooperate and work with others to save Gotham City from the Joker. The LEGO Batman Movie hits theaters on February 10, 2017.

Available in 12 deep colors, the LEGO Batmobile is the ideal vehicle for lone vigilantes or melodramatic citizens. Stay connected on the go, with Chevrolet’s latest connectivity technologies including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi.
