NWI Comic Con, based in Schererville, Indiana, is looking for help to raise money for charity. They are hosting a silent charity auction at the fourth annual NWI Comic Con on Saturday, February 25, 2017. The event will be held at Halls of St. George, located at 905 East Joliet Street, in Schererville.

Proceeds will be divided between the Humane Society Calumet Area and Northwest Indiana Cancer Kids Foundation (NICK).

They are looking for donations of gift baskets, gift cards, gift certificates, business coupons or discounts, t-shirts, signed comic books, original artwork, sketches, sketch cards, signed prints, and others.

NICK is a charity founded by pediatric cancer families in the area looking to help children and families suffering from pediatric cancer.

The Humane Society Calumet Area works with similar organizations to build a humane community for animals, through education, advocacy, and encouraging respect and compassion.
