Disney and Lucasfilm have announced that Star Wars Force Friday II will be taking place on September 1, 2017. This weekend-long global fan event celebrates Star Wars: The Last Jedi and will feature the launch of new collectibles, books, toys, and more.

As part of the announcement, the packaging for the new line of merchandise was shown off. It features Poe Dameron, Finn, and Rey; notably, Rey is front and center on the packaging, leading to some speculation that the design is a response to the “#WheresRey” movement from 2015.

The previous Force Friday event took place in 2015 in promotion of The Force Awakens. Like the first event, Force Friday II will keep details about the products under wraps until the event kicks off in order to keep things a surprise when they do release.
