A familiar face will be returning to Agents of SHIELD this season. No, it’s not another resurrection of Grant Ward (that we know about).

Nick Blood will be reprising his role as Agent Lance Hunter during season five of the ABC Marvel show. His return was announced exclusively by Entertainment Weekly. Details on what he’ll be doing, what brings him back, or how long he’ll be on the show were not revealed. EW did, however, share a teaser photo of him on set, casually reading the script.

Hunter debuted in the second season as the beer drinking agent with attitude who had been married to fellow agent, Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki). In the third season the two characters left the show to star in a spinoff, which was never picked up. The announcement did not include any news on whether or not Palicki, who is set to star in The Orville, will also return.
