Allons-y! Wizard World announced that David Tennant, who played the Tenth Doctor on Doctor Who, will attend the Wizard World New Orleans show. Tennant will join other guests and attendees on Friday and Saturday, January 5-6, 2018, at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center.

Whovians may love him for his three-season run on the popular British sci-fi/fantasy show, but he’s also made an impact as a villain or grumpy cop. Tennant has starred as the frightening villain Kilgrave on the Netflix show Jessica Jones and played the co-lead as D.I. Alec Hardy on Broadchurch. He’s also voicing Scrooge McDuck on the new animated series DuckTales.

Tennant joins other entertainment industry pros like Stan Lee (Marvel character creator), Jason Momoa (Justice League), Summer Glau (Arrow), Lennie James (The Walking Dead), Nichelle Nichols (Star Trek), and David Mazouz and Robin Lord Taylor (Gotham), among others.
