Tickets to one of Jersey’s biggest comic conventions, the Garden State Comic Fest (GSCF), are now available online. The event will be held on April 7-8, 2018 at the Showboat Hotel & Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

This veteran comic convention will be in Atlantic City for the first time ever and will feature top-flight comic vendors, plus creators like Kevin Eastman (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Jim Steranko (Nick Fury Agents of Shield), Greg Hildebrandt (Lord of the Rings), and Bob Camp (Ren & Stimpy), plus celebrity actor Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight) and many more to be announced soon.

Jersey comic book fans Dave O’Hare and Sal Zurzolo, have teamed up to bring an affordable fun comic con to New Jersey for the sixth time.

We are bringing in some of the top comic book and comic art dealers in the world, led by Metropolis Collectibles, who hold numerous comic book sales records. We are also offering an early ticket purchase sales deal in which we will pay all taxes and fees for you for a limited time. We also wanted to help families out, so we raised the age limit for kids. Instead of only allowing kids 11 and under to come to GSCF free, it’s now 13 and under (must be accompanied by a parent),” said O’Hare.

“Of course, you can buy comics at GSCF but you can sell comics too. Forget the gold and bond markets; diversify your portfolio by investing in valuable collectibles. Youngsters can take a light saber fighting class or a drawing class in our child friendly Kids Comic Con area,” shared Zurzolo.

GSCF’s Head of Guest Relations, Danielle Pierson added, “Aspiring artists can get advice from our published professionals. Get lucky and win a door prize, attend one of our informative panels or enter a contest like the Garden State Cosplay Showdown, a costume contest for cosplayers (costume player) from all over the country. We will be joined by several national cosplay groups and other professional cosplayers who will be on hand to greet and take photos with attendees.”

Tickets are available now and range from $19.99 to $90. Tickets at the door will be available while supplies last. For more information on the upcoming convention, or to purchase tickets visit GardenStateComicFest.com
