Metropolis and ComicConnect will share a booth at the 2018 Big Apple Con this weekend in a two-day extravaganza. The show is being held on April 14-15 at the Penn Plaza Pavilion on 401 7th Avenue in New York. 

ComicConnect will have a display of comics that are currently taking bids in their Super Monthly Auction including dozens of Golden and Silver Age keys. Rob Reynolds, the Director of Consignments, will be available throughout the show to accept consignments towards ComicConnect’s next auction. Attendees can visit with him for an advance check or for an offer on their entire collection.

“This is my favorite show,” Reynolds said. “True comic fans pack the show floor and we get some of our best material on consignment at the Big Apple. Meet me at the booth and I’ll let you know what I can do for you.”

Metropolis will also be in attendence with their usual display of the very best vintage comics and original comic art. “This really is one of our best shows of the year,” said Metropolis COO Vincent Zurzolo. “The folks who come to Big Apple Con are serious comic fans and serious buyers, and they know their stuff, so the books practically sell themselves! We always sell a few major keys at the Big Apple show, and I have a feeling this year’s will be the biggest yet!”
