The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #48 is now in the April 2018 issue of Diamond Comic Distributors’ PREVIEWS catalog. Currently a Featured Item, it appears on page 386.

The main cover was created by Ethan Van Sciver, the artist behind The Flash: Rebirth and Green Lantern. Ryan Sook, the talented artist of Batman Beyond: Rebirth and Wednesday Comics’ Kamandi provided a cover to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Planet of the Apes.

The Flash/Green Lantern softcover will be available in bookstores and comic shops, while the Flash/Green Lantern hardcover and both the Planet of the Apes hardcover and softcover editions will be exclusively available at comic book stores.

The softcovers carry the cover price of $29.95 while the hardcovers are priced at $35.

The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #48 will be filled with new prices, feature articles, new additions to the Overstreet Hall of Fame, and fresh market reports. This edition also includes a look at Marvel’s critical 1968 expansion, the 50th anniversary of Planet of the Apes, and a bit of Action Comics history from former DC President and Publisher Paul Levitz.

Van Sciver and Sook join a long list of comic artists who have covered the Guide. From Joe Kubert, Will Eisner, and Carl Barks to Alex Ross, Walter Simonson, and Amanda Conner, covering The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide has been the exclusive purview of the field’s top artists. Wally Wood, Al Williamson, Murphy Anderson, Carmine Infantino, Joe Simon, C.C. Beck, John K. Snyder III, Joe Jusko, and Mike Deodato, Jr. are among the other luminaries whose work has been featured.
