By now people should know to leave those Predator ships alone. Unfortunately, people keep poking at them, initiating some of the most dangerous hunters in the universe. Enter, The Predator.

20th Century Fox has released the first teaser trailer for The Predator, which takes place on Earth between the time of 1990’s Predator 2 and 2010’s Predators. In the trailer we see the alien spaceship crash into Earth, controlled by what looks to be a remote in the hands of a boy who found it with a Predator helmet in a package. We also see short clips of scientists and soldiers discussing the ship and being attacked by the warrior creature.

Directed by Shane Black (Iron Man 3), written by Black and Fred Dekker (Night of the Creeps), The Predator will be in theaters on September 14, 2018. It stars Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Keegan-Michael Key, Yvonne Strahovski, Jacob Tremblay, Thomas Jane, Jake Busey, and Edward James Olmos.
