CBCS is getting ready to move operations to their new office in Dallas. They’ll begin their move to 4635 McEwen Road, Dallas, TX on June 11 and conclude on June 18, 2018. CBCS will share the space with Beckett Grading and Authentication Services.
During the move, customer service staff will be available to answer questions about submissions. Those submissions already on the way will be rerouted to their new facility. Their goal is to limit the impact on production as much as possible, though there may be some delays on some services during the move.
It is bittersweet saying goodbye to their first home of Saint Petersburg, Florida, but they are excited for the opportunities in Dallas, according to CBCS. The move offers CBCS many opportunities like larger work space, growing staff to handle and process orders, assistance with show planning, and a few new services/products that will be coming soon. It will not change their devotion to providing comic book grading through their established standards and providing the best customer service they can, according to the company.
“Collectors do not have to be concerned about the consistency of our grading standards during, or after, our move to Dallas,” Steve Borock, CBCS President and head grader, said. “Our graders will be moving with the company, so CBCS will not face a loss of grading knowledge and experience. I am humbled by the dedication our amazing employees have shown during our transition with Beckett Media and the upcoming move to Dallas.”
Questions and concerns about the relocation can be addressed to customerservice@CBCScomics.com. Their office phone numbers will remain the same at (727) 803-6822 and toll free (844) 870-2227. They have asked that all submissions sent after June 7 be shipped to the new address to avoid possible delays.
