Gal Gadot Shows Wonder Woman 1984 Look

We still have nearly a year and a half of (im)patient waiting for the sequel to Wonder Woman. But, the film’s star, Gal Gadot, has given fans even more to look forward to by sharing the first official photo of her updated costume for Wonder Woman 2, set in 1984. Gadot tweeted the photo with the simple caption, “She’s back… #WW84”

Wonder Woman 1984 is scheduled for release on November 1, 2019. Plot details have yet to be announced for the sequel to the 2017 megahit.

Along with Gadot, Patty Jenkins also returned to direct, and co-wrote the script with Dave Callaham (The Expendables) and Geoff Johns (Young Justice, The Flash). Kristen Wiig will star as Cheetah, Pedro Pascal has an unspecified role, and Chris Pine will return.
