Vanguard’s mission has been to promote and serve creators, including such luminaries as Jim Steranko, Frank Frazetta, Carmine Infantino, Neal Adams, and Wally Wood. That spirit and goal will be the topic of conversation in the Comic-Con International panel, “Vanguard at 25: Cutting Edge to Classics.”

Panelists who will gather to celebrate Vanguard’s 25th anniversary with fans, include J. David Spurlock (author-historian), Steve Geppi (Diamond Comic Distributors CEO), Ed Catto (ComicMix columnist), and Susan Karlin (Fast Company journalist), with the possibility of surprise panelists.

The panel will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 4 PM to 5 PM in room 28DE. Fans can also enjoy the anniversary at the Vanguard booth 1709. More details can be found on the Comic-Con website.
