During a Thursday morning press conference at Comic-Con International, DC Comics unveiled a new line of titles joining their YA imprints DC Zoom and DC Ink. 

Written by New York Times bestselling author Marieke Nijkamp (This Is Where It Ends), the latest addition to DC Ink is the graphic novel Oracle: Rising, centered around a teen oracle. Also joining the young adult focused imprint is Shadow of the Batgirl, following a teenage Cassandra Cain, written by Heroine Complex’s Sarah Kuhn. 

The Aqualad story by Alex Sanchez (Rainbow Boys), Truth or Consequences: A Jack Hyde Story; the Michael Moreci (Roche Limit) title Dick Grayson: Lost Carnival; and the graphic novel Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Louise Simonson were also added.

The middle-grade imprint, DC Zoom also saw several new titles announced. They include the imprint’s first story centered around Wonder Woman, Diana, Princess of the Amazons written by Shannon and Dean Hale (Rapunzel’s Revenge).

Additional information about creative teams for previously announced titles was also revealed during the press conference. Superman Smashes the Klan will be illustrated by Gurihiru Studios, Green Lantern: Legacy will be drawn by Andie Tong, Dear Justice League‘s Michael Northrop will be joined by Gustavo Duarte, art for Gotham High will be provided by Thomas Pitilli, and Marie Lu’s Batman: Nightwalker will be illustrated by Chris Wildgoose.

The previously announced titles Mera: Tidebreaker and Super Sons: The Polarshield Project also received release dates for April 2019.
