Riverdale is expanding the Jones family for the upcoming third season of the hit CW series. Bound’s Gina Gershon and newcomer Trinity Likins have joined the series as Gladys Jones and Jellybean “JB” Jones, respectively.

A Serpent with a GED, Jughead’s mother is a businesswoman of sorts who runs the salvage yard that doubles as a Serpent compound. Her daughter JB follows in her mother’s footsteps to become quite the little con artist herself. The pair live in Toledo where they run scams to make ends meet.

Along with her recent turn on Café Carlyle, additional credits for Gershon include FX’s Rescue Me, HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm, Amazon’s Red Oaks, and Lifetime’s House of Versace. She also won Best Supporting Actress at the Toronto Film Festival for Killer Joe.

Up-and-comer Likins previously secured the lead role of Amelia in Hallmark’s Christmas in the Air as well as the recurring role of Emma in the CBC miniseries Unspeakable.

Based on the Archie Comics characters, Riverdale stars KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, Lili Reinhart as Betty Cooper, Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge, Ashleigh Murray as Josie McCoy, Cole Sprouse as Jughead Jones and Madelaine Petsch as Cheryl Blossom. As well as  Mark Consuelos, Casey Cott, Skeet Ulrich, Mädchen Amick, Luke Perry and Vanessa Morgan.

Season three of Riverdale premieres October 10 on The CW. Gershon and Likins will make their series debut during the December 12 episode.
