The ComicLink team will be meeting with clients and accepting consignments for the Summer Featured Auction, and giving upfront cash advances at Comic-Con International: San Diego, on July 18-21, 2019.

ComicLink’s founder and Managing Director, Josh Nathanson, Vice President/Senior Consignment Director Douglas Gillock, and Sales Consultants Jon Signorelli and Ross Kearney will be at the show, set up at booth 1100.

“I always look forward to the San Diego show to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and display highlights we have coming up for auction. There is a lot going on this summer and I love to talk about it,” Nathanson said.

The latest ComicLink Focused Auction is now open and features thousands of consigned lots along with many highlights. A few of these include Amazing Fantasy #15 CBCS 4.5, Hulk #181 CGC 9.8, and there is even a low grade example of Superman #1. The Summer Featured Auction preview is filling out with strong, early comic book and related original art consignments, including All-American Comics #16 (first Green Lantern) CGC 6.5 (one of the top five graded overall), Avengers #1 CBCS 9.4, a great Todd McFarlane Spider-Man/X-Men cover from Marvel Age, and a twice-up Don Heck Iron Man splash page from Tales of Suspense #60. They are premiering a new collection to market in this auction called the Federal Hill Collection, starting with a high grade Spider-Man run. The average condition of this 2,000-book collection, which starts in the early Silver Age, is graded 9.6.

Those interested in participating as a seller in an upcoming ComicLink or CertifiedLink.com auction, who will not be at either convention, can mail a prospective auction list to buysell@comiclink.com or by calling (617) 517-0062 (option 1). Upfront cash advances are being offered upon receipt. As always, in addition to auctioning items for consignors, keep in mind that ComicLink is also always accepting new sellers for the ComicLink exchange marketplaces, brokering private placement deals, and buying outright.
