Filming is currently underway for Wonder Woman 1984, but that didn’t stop the film’s star Gal Gadot from showing how much of a wonder she really is. Taking a break from filming in the area, Gadot suited up and thrilled young patients, their families, and staffers at the Inova Children’s Hospital in Northern Virginia by paying them a surprise visit. 

Various social media accounts celebrated the Israeli actress on her visit. Dr. Lucas Collazo tweeted a picture of Gadot with the caption, “Thank you @GalGadot for visiting us @InovaHealth Children’s Hospital. You are a true Wonder Woman. The kids loved it…and so did the staff.” 

Hospital staffer Jamie Gentille shared a similar photo on Instagram, writing, “Some days are just wonderful!!! So grateful for the stunningly gorgeous and kind Gal Gadot for bringing her superpowers to the kids at work!!! #wonderwoman #ilovemyjob.” 

Directed by Patty Jenkins and starring Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, and Pedro Pascal, Wonder Woman 1984 is slated to hit theaters on November 1, 2019.
