Coming on the heels of the Golden Globe nominations, Black Panther also managed to score a handful of nods for the Grammy Awards – eight in total, including some in the biggest categories.

“All The Stars” by Kendrick Lamar and SZA, which was used as the lead single for the Black Panther soundtrack in addition to being featured in the film’s end credits, picked up nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap/Sung Performance, and Best Song Written for Visual Media.

“King’s Dead,” performed by Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock and Future with James Blake, also received two nominations, for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance.

Black Panther: The Album, Music From and Inspired By, which served as the film’s full official soundtrack album, received nominations for Album of the Year, and Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media.

The 2019 Grammy Awards will be presented on February 10, 2019.
