An additional spotlight of the auction was the campaign pressbook for Superman, produced by Fletcher Studios and Paramount Pictures. This impressive edition, which sold for $4,427, was used to promote the 1941 animated series of Superman.

Yet another Superman piece featured was the store advertising standee for Superman's Kellogg Pep cereal. Showcasing a wonderful illustration of Superman alongside the slogan “Boy! It's Super!” it's no wonder this lot reached $3,479.

Webslinger Spider-Man shined through the sale of the Amazing Spider-Man scooter from Marx Friction Toys. The 4-1/4” plastic figure of Spider-Man riding a pink scooter brought in $3,162.

An impressive pair of artboards for the 1969 issue of Daredevil #51 were realized for $2,404. They feature original art for pages 16 and 17, drawn by Barry Windsor-Smith.

Another Marvel classic was featured in the auction in the form of Iron Fist #16. The two-page spread of original art, drawn by Larry Hama, was sold for $1,993.

A 5-1/2” tall wood figure of Superman, intended to promote the comic series in 1942, was realized for $1,897. This amazing fully-colored piece was designed by Superman artist Wayne Boring.

The caped crusader was also featured in the auction, through the sale of a 4-1/4” replica Batmobile. The 1966 figure also includes a card with illustrations of various Batman TV show characters. This fine piece brought in $1,725.

All prices realized include a 15% buyer's premium.
