The weather is warming up and so is the energy at Hake’s Americana & Collectibles. The team is busily putting together Auction #218 while also offering many items for immediate sale. Recently they’ve featured a slew of buttons, games, and figures on their Facebook page.

Many, many items are currently available for sale at hakes.com, including a button of Henry Winkler as The Fonz from his time on Happy Days, classic button featuring New York Yankees legend and Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle, and a Star Trek button displaying Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner.

They have a Top Gun button for the ’80s classic action film, button for the Apollo 11 mission from 1969 featuring Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin, Japanese balloon game for James Bond with Thunderball inspired art, and 1970s button featuring a Playboy Bunny.

Other buttons that are currently available are a Joker button, one from around 1980 issued for the New York Cosmos, one for Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee in 1977, and a 1960 campaign button for Richard Nixon.

Hake’s also provided Auction #218 sneak peeks on their Facebook page. The next auction will have a selection of Disney celluloid and selection of robots. There’s a sampling from the Rick Whitelock Mego Collection including Green Arrow, Batman, Robin, Iron Man, Captain America, Batgirl, Aquaman, Conan, Thor, Kid Flash, and the Green Arrow car.

Other sneak peek items were an ashtray for the Green Bay Packers’ 1960 season when they won the Western Conference, 1966 miniature license plate featuring the Riddler, and a saucer featuring a teddy bear advertising an imprint for a gas heater.
