Hake’s Americana & Collectibles is currently busy working on consigning, describing, pricing, and photographing collectibles for their next auction. In the meantime, their staff has featured a selection of collectibles on their Facebook page that are currently for sale.

Collectors can now purchase Howard the Duck comics from the 1970s, scarce 1933 premium Mickey Mouse button, 1970s Akumaizer 3 Japanese toy watch store display, Alpha Flight comics, and a photo from the 1931 Universal Monster Movie Frankenstein depicting Boris Karloff and Mae Clarke, who signed the photo.

They have Flintstones comic strip original art from 1968 illustrated by Gene Hazelton and Roger Armstrong, 1974 concert poster featuring the Grateful Dead at the UC Santa Barbara Stadium in Santa Barbara, CA, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze promotional button, Marvel’s The Champions Bronze Age run, and a trio of jugate buttons featuring Dwight D. Eisenhower and Richard Nixon.

Gumby promotional pocket mirror released by Family Home Entertainment to promote their Gumby video store line, a concert poster for the Grateful Dead’s 1992 show at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL, 1960s Snoopy button, late 1940s-1950s button promoting the popular Dilly ice cream treat, and Led Zeppelin concert poster from the 1979 Knebworth Festival that was held in Hertfordshire, England are all currently priced for sale.

Additional items include presidential buttons, such as a vote Yogi Bear with a 1964 button featuring the Hanna-Barbera star, 1976 button featuring Henry Winkler as The Fonz, stating “The Fonz for President,” 1980 button featuring Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing on Dallas, button issued for John F. Kennedy’s 1961 inauguration, and 1964 Barry Goldwater button stating “I’m a teenager for Barry.”
