With only a few weeks until Auction #219 goes online, the crew at Hake’s Americana & Collectibles is buckling down to finish getting everything ready. But, they still took time to offer a few more teasers on their Facebook page.

Auction #219 will hold the inaugural offerings of the Tim Bruckner Archives with wax sculpts, resin castings, paint masters and more. Among them is the Wonder Woman series of original sculpts and production pieces for the 2000 DC Direct statue based on Brian Bolland’s art which was sculpted by Bruckner.

For historical and political aficionados, they’ll offer a Stop Lynching fabric banner from the late 1930s and a campaign ribbon from 1860 featuring Abraham Lincoln.

Hake’s auctions always include a selection of original art and this one will be no different. They provided a teaser of the art on their Facebook page.
