The current ComicLink Focused Auction begins closing this coming Tuesday night, October 25, 2016 starting at 8 PM ET. Comic book lots will continue to close on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings followed by the original art session on Tuesday, November 1, and the sports card and sports memorabilia session on Thursday, November 3. In total, there are over 3,600 auction lots up for grabs, consigned by sellers with confidence at no reserve. Most of the graded comic book lots are encapsulated by either CGC or CBCS, and there are over 600 original art lots included. The sports card and sports memorabilia session, visible from ComicLink but actually held on their brother firm SportsCardLink.com includes a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle in PSA 7.

There are over 1,300 lots filled with key and high grade Silver and early Bronze comic books; a phenomenal selection of nearly 400 scarce and even high grade Golden Age; over 1,000 late Bronze through Modern Age comic books, mostly in near pristine condition; the original art session includes over 600 original art lots; and SportscardLink has over 300 auction lots of sports cards and memorabilia.

They have early Silver Age keys like Amazing Fantasy #15 (first Spider-Man) CGC 4.5, Journey Into Mystery #83 (first Thor) CGC 7.5, X-Men #1 (first X-Men and Magneto) CGC 8.0, and Incredible Hulk #1 (first Hulk) CBCS 3.0, pristine Bronze Age as high as CGC 9.8 like Ghost Rider #1, Marvel Premiere #15 (first Iron Fist), and Amazing Spider-Man #121 (Death of Gwen Stacy) CGC 9.8, and pristine Copper/Modern Age keys like Star Wars #1, Walking Dead #1 and Batman Adventures #12 in CGC 9.8.

Golden Age galore grace the auction, hailing from many different genres. A few representative examples include Flash Comics #7 (first Moldoff Hawkman cover and second featuring Hawkman overall) CBCS 5.0, All Star Comics #9 (first cover with Superman and Batman cover in the title) CGC 5.5, Kid Komics #5 CGC 7.5 (a top four Timely example), and Chamber of Chills #20 CGC 9.2 (top 3 example), and there are many Canadian Whites (Canadian Golden Age comics) within the Golden Age session as well.

Also offered in the auction are over 600 original art lots by the likes of fantastic artists such as John Byrne, Herb Trimpe, Rich Buckler, Jim Lee, Tim Sale, and Adam Hughes, just to name a few. As mentioned above the sports card and sports memorabilia session includes a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle in PSA 7 (this rookie card was recently written up as having been one of the best investments in a Wall Street Journal article) and a baseball signed by the 1929 NY Yankees baseball team, including Ruth and Gehrig.
