One such sale occurred on February 11, 2017 when a copy of Tales to Astonish #13 CGC 9.2 sold for $80,299. The Silver Age comic features the first appearance of Groot of the Guardians of the Galaxy. It sold on eBay following 26 bids.

There are at least three other copies of Tales to Astonish #13 currently listed on eBay. One is CGC 7.5, one is CGC 5.5, and the third is ungraded.
