Examples in the auction are A Hard Day’s Night (1964) featuring The Beatles, You Only Live Twice (1967) style B featuring Frank McCarthy art, Mysterious Pilot (1937) style A chapter 14 poster, Jaws (1975) with terrifying art, Mighty Mouse (1943) for Paul Terry’s Terry-Toons, Pickup (1951) with great art of Beverly Michaels, 48 Hours to Live (1960) with wacky image, Wicker Man (1974) for the cult horror classic, Billy the Kid vs. Dracula/Jesse James Meets Frankenstein’s Daughter (1965) combining western and horror, Rock ‘N Roll Your Eyes (1974) pictures at an exhibition, and Empire Strikes Back (1980) NSS style B with art by Tom Jung.

Flight to Mars (1951) with futuristic art, One Hundred & One Dalmatians (1961) for the Walt Disney classic, Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) with Richard Amsel art of Harrison Ford, Captain Midnight (1942) chapter 12 serial poster, Charade (1963) showing Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, Blue Hawaii (1961) depicting Elvis Presley and ladies on the beach, Two Women (1962) featuring Sophia Loren, Apocalypse Now (1979) with classic Bob Peak art, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (1986) with a close-up of Matthew Broderick, Dirty Harry (1971) for the Clint Eastwood flick, My Fair Lady (1964) showing great Bob Peak art, and The Brain that Wouldn’t Die (1962) featuring horror art by Reynold Brown will be sold.

Three surprising results from the auction that closed on February 14 were Show Boat window card for $546, Ball of Fire window card for $460, and Wizard of Oz 1989 rerelease French one-panel for $370.
