ComicLink is accepting comic book and original art consignments now for upcoming auctions. There’s also an early preview for the Spring Featured Auction, to begin on May 17, 2017 and prospective sellers are encouraged to reserve auction placement as soon as possible for this auction, as well as for the April Focused Auction to begin on April 12. Shown below are some items that will be up for bid in these upcoming auctions.

Early comic book highlights for the upcoming Spring Featured Auction include more examples from the new John G. Fantucchio pedigree collection including Fantastic Four #1 CGC 9.0. You’ll also find such incredible offerings as Fantastic Four #12 (first Hulk crossover) CGC 9.6 and #20 (first Molecule Man) CGC 9.8 (highest, one of two).

Amazing Spider-Man highlights include #1 CGC 7.0, #6 (first Lizard) CGC 9.4, #9 (first Electro) CGC 9.6, #10 (first Enforcers) CGC 9.8, #17 CGC 9.8, and #40 (origin of the Green Goblin) CGC 9.8 Pacific Coast pedigree. You’ll also find high grade examples of two of the greatest early Silver Age Kirby Captain America covers – Sgt. Fury #13 CGC 9.8 and Tales of Suspense #58 CGC 9.6 Mass pedigree as well as near impossible Silver Age acquisitions like Strange Tales Annual #1 (first Marvel Annual) CGC 9.4 (single highest).

Golden Age fans will find such highlights as Adventure Comics #40 (first Sandman) CGC 3.5, Detective Comics #26 (first mention of Batman in promo ad page a month before Detective Comics #27) CGC 5.5, Action Comics #19 CGC 7.0 and Phantom Lady #17 (Matt Baker cover) CGC 5.0 and near pristine Gaines File copy ECs. High grade Bronze and Modern Age examples include Incredible Hulk #181 (first full Wolverine) CGC 9.8 Signature Series and New Mutants #87 in a very rare CGC 9.9 (this is the first appearance of Cable, who will be featured in the upcoming film Deadpool 2). This is just the beginning of the comic books that will be featured. Many other key and high grade comic books are incoming.

Early original art consignments include two John Romita pages from Amazing Spider-Man #62 – one with a Spidey/Medusa battle scene and the other with great large images of the Inhumans Queen by herself; John Byrne X-Men #109 page featuring a maskless Wolverine and the first appearance ever of Alpha Flight’s Guardian; John Buscema’s majestic cover for Defenders #66 featuring Valkyrie on Aragorn entering Asgard and two Buscema pages from the famous “Lady Liberators” saga in Avengers #83; Frank Brunner Savage Sword of Conan #30 page; a historic page featuring the actual first ever appearance of Harley Quinn in the genuine DC Universe from 1999’s Batman: Harley Quinn #1 by Yvel Guichet; Bill Sienkiewicz page from the “Demon Bear” story in New Mutants #20 that is being adapted for the upcoming New Mutants film; Jim Lee page featuring Psylocke from the first issue of his famous run in Uncanny X-Men #248; a page from Gambit’s first appearance in Uncanny X-Men #266 featuring Gambit and Storm with art by Mike Collins; and Joe Madureira Excalibur #68 cover featuring Nightcrawler and the Starjammers.
