The post-1975 late Bronze Age and Modern Age Session in the current ComicLink Focused Auction will be coming to a conclusion on Monday, June 26 and Tuesday, June 27, 2017 starting at 8 PM ET (5 PM PT) each night. Session 3 offers over 2,000 certified late Bronze through Modern Age comic books, many in pristine condition, with most of the key issues in numerous conditions.

“The post-1975 era represents an expanding opportunity for those looking to either buy or sell. Every year, more and more first appearances and other key events from the post-1975 era increases the pool of valuable comic books from the Modern era. With Hollywood running out of viable Silver Age and early Bronze Age heroes to adapt, studios are turning to concepts from more recent decades – both Venom and New Mutants have recently been scheduled for big screen release dates in 2018, while Josh Brolin has been cast as Cable for the much-anticipated Deadpool 2, due out next year. X-Men: Dark Phoenix comes out next year as well, providing what is likely to be a strong adaptation of the most famous comic book saga of the early 1980s. A movie featuring two popular ’80s Spider-Man characters, Silver Sable and Black Cat, called Silver and Black is in the works for October of 2018. Harley Quinn will return as a follow-up to her movie debut in Suicide Squad as soon as next year in the film Gotham City Sirens. And that’s not even mentioning upcoming TV shows such as Cloak & Dagger, Black Lightning, New Warriors featuring Squirrel Girl, Runaways, Gifted (featuring ’80s X-Men characters) and several others,” ComicLink founder and President Josh Nathanson said.

“The point is that the period sometimes known as the ‘Copper Age’ is filled with collectible comic books, some of which have already taken off price-wise and some of which can still be had for very little – at least for now! At ComicLink, our auctions often provide our bidders the opportunity to purchase these latter day keys in multiple conditions. You’ll find many future keys, which will hopefully provide strong positive returns on your collection investment,” Nathanson continued.
