Diamond International Galleries (DIG) continues to offer a diverse selection of pop culture and vintage collectibles in their weekly eBay auction ending Sunday, April 22, 2018. Standout collectibles in this week’s auction are a 1939 Verve Artistic and Literary Quarterly book (Vol. 1, #3), a 1959 Joan Crawford-signed letter to a fan, a set of 1960s Vice President of the United States cufflinks, and a 1963 Whitman hardcover novel Lucy and the Madcap Mystery.
The next auction will be available for bidding on April 22-29. Featured items next week include nearly complete set of 1932 Bat Cinema Stars 201-300 tobacco cards in The Union Drawing Book, a 1959 original Walt Disney Sleeping Beauty one-sheet, 1960s Five Pointers of Baseball for Everyone comic premiums, 1970 Yoko Ono with John Lennon Grapefruit first printing hardcover, 1989 Warner Brothers Film Batman vinyl record featuring Prince Batdance 12-inch picture disc single, and a 2006 Gemstone Publishing uncirculated Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck companion by Don Rosa. Last week’s auction had two very different vintage items of note, a 1987 Amiga Model A500 home computer system by Commodore sold for $149 after 39 bids and an 1896 Get off the Earth Puzzle Mystery game board by Sam Loyd sold for $169 after nine bids.
