Another lot that will likely achieve competitive bids is the Alex Ross MAD About Super Heroes unused cover illustration Batman and Superman original art. The piece brings together DC superheroes Batman and Superman with Alfred E. Neuman of MAD Magazine fame. The characters appear in comical contrast with the superheroes looking strong and ready for battle while Alfred looks disheveled and silly.
