ComicConnect’s January Monthly Auction has come to a close, with a copy of Amazing Spider-Man #1 CGC 5.5 leading all lots with a hammer price of $13,200. 

“We’re witnessing values rising dramatically on Amazing Spider-Man #1, across all grades,” said Vincent Zurzolo, COO of the New York City-based auction house. “The book has become a must-own blue chip Silver Age investment and I believe there’s plenty of room to grow.”

The auction house also reported sales of a Brave and the Bold #28 CGC 6.5 at $7,000, Amazing Spider-Man #61 CGC 9.4 for $320, an Avengers #6 CGC 8.0 with $411, and a Campus Loves #3 CGC 5.0 at $310. Additional results will be shared in Scoop in the coming weeks.
