Calling all gamers and geeks in the Tampa Bay area, the Tampa Bay Comic Con is headed your way on August 5-7, 2016. The con will be held at the Tampa Convention Center, located at 333 South Franklin Street, Tampa, FL.

Tampa Bay Comic Con is featuring an impressive line-up of special media guests, as well as guest artists. Such media guests include Ian McDiarmid and Ray Park (Star Wars), Charlie Cox and Jon Bernthal (Daredevil), Jack Gleeson and Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones), Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who), Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead), Ivana Baquero (Pan's Labyrinth), Cam Clarke, Townsend Coleman, Barry Gordon, and Rob Paulsen (TMNT), Maurice LaMarche (Pinky and the Brain), and Sean Schemmel (Dragon Ball Z).

Artist guests include Neal Adams (Batman: Odyssey), Allen Bellman (The Destroyer), Tim Bradstreet (Head Smash), June Brigman (Power Pack), Bob Camp (The Ren & Stimpy Show), Sean Chen (Iron Man), Amanda Conner (Harley Quinn), Peter David (Hulk Visionaries), Colleen Doran (Sandman), Michael Golden (The Cat Ate My Gymsuit), Chad Hardin (Demon Knights), Rob Hunter (Green Arrow), Dan Jurgens (The Death of Superman), Bob Layton (Iron Man Omnibus), and Rob Marz (Green Lanterns).

During this exciting convention be sure to check out the Game Cave, Dagorhir Foam Sword Fighting Arena, and the Freestyle D&D game zone. Or join in on the Twitter based Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win $100 grand prize! There will also be a Geekapella performance as well as a Lil' Women Rap Musical. Not to mention several shows by the comedy improv group, Penguin Knife Fight.

The con is running Friday 12 PM to 12 AM, Saturday 8 AM to 12 AM, and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM. (Note: The Exhibitor Hall closes at 6 PM on both Friday and Saturday). One-day passes are $30 for Friday, $40 for Saturday, and $30 for Sunday. Three-day passes are $60, and children 12 and under get in for free. Ticket sales end on August 4.
