Calling all horror fans in the Chicago area, Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Con is just around the corner. The convention is taking place on August 4-6, 2017, at Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel on 5440 North River Road in Rosemont, Illinois.

Celebrity guests attending the show include Sean Patrick Flanery and David Della Rocco (Boondock Saints), Curtis Armstrong and Donald Gibb (Revenge of the Nerds), Robert Englund, Heather Langenkamp, Amanda Wyss, and Ronee Blakley (A Nightmare on Elm Street), JoAnn Willette (A Nightmare on Elm Street 2), Lisa Wilcox, Brooke Bundy, Toy Newkirk, Tuesday Knight, Danny Hassel, Brooke Theiss, and Andras Jones (A Nightmare on Elm Street 4), Kelly Jo Minter (A Nightmare on Elm Street 5), Ricky Dean Logan (Freddy's Dead), Ken Kirzinger and Jesse Hutch (Freddy vs Jason), Katharine Isabelle (American Mary), Lance Henriksen (Near Dark), and Lew Temple (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre).

On Saturday, Englund and the Dream Master cast will introduce an outdoor screening of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master. Also taking place on Saturday is the 12th Annual Sinister Visions Costume Contest. Throughout the weekend, fans will have opportunities for photo ops and autograph signings. Not to mention various panels and workshops. As the convention draws closer more events will be added to the show’s website.

The con is running Friday 2 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM. One-day passes are $35 for Friday or Saturday and $30 for Sunday. A weekend package is available for $65, while children 7-13 are admitted for $10 per day or $20 for the weekend. Children 6 and under are admitted for free.
