The southern branch of Penny Arcade Expo, PAX South, will be returning to San Antonio, Texas for a weekend packed with gaming of all sorts from January 12-14, 2018. Tickets are currently available for the show, which will be located at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

The convention is set to include a massive exhibition hall, with some of the biggest AAA gaming publishers in the industry showing off their latest games alongside innovative independent developers highlighting their products. Panels will be taking place throughout the weekend, as well as gaming tournaments and a number of performances. There’s also the “Omegathon,” a mega-tournament spanning the entire weekend that starts off with 20 Omeganauts and ends with the final two.

Gamers can also take advantage of the handheld lounge, the PC area, and console freeplay, as well as the tabletop indie showcase and virtual reality setups.
