On November 18-19, 2017, the New Jersey Comic Expo (NJCE) is taking over the Expo Center for a celebration of all things pop culture! The New Jersey Expo Center is located on 97 Sunfield Avenue in Edison, New Jersey. 

Special guests attending the two-day show include Bob Almond (Torpedo Comics), Bernie Bregman (Nerds Like Us), Jon Buller (Dracula Marries Frankenstein), Jim Calafiore (Aquaman), Dennis Calero (X-Factor), Sean Chen (Rai and the Future Force), Amy Chu (Alpha Girls), Len Daniels (L.P. Daniel’s Split City), Tom Defalco (Spider-Man), Michelle Delecki (Deathstroke), Kristina Deak Linsner (Dawn/Vampirella), Colleen Doran (The Sandman), Garth Ennis (Preacher), Meredith Finch (Catwoman), Sholly Fisch (Superman), David Gallaher (The Only Living Boy), Keith Giffen (Legion of Super-Heroes), Larry Hama (Wolverine), Scott Hanna (Super Sons), Shane The Hurricane Helms (WWE), James Jamerson (American Gods), Scott Koblish (Despicable Deadpool), and Gail Simone (Deadpool). They’re joined by cosplayers Veronica Cosplays, Dangrrr Doll, Ashley Du, Laney Feni, Jessica Grey, and Amanda Kitson. 

Throughout the two-day event, attendees can enjoy a variety of panels and screenings, such as Dynamite Presents: How Comics are Made, Comics That Go Bump In The Night: Modern Horror, Cosplay 101, Armor Making, and plenty more! NJCE is also hosting their annual cosplay contest, judged by a panel of well-known cosplayers with prizes awarded in multiple categories. The grand prize winner will receive a special gift from the show’s sponsor, Bernina. NJCE has also partnered with The Liberty Science Center to provide families with an assortment of hands-on activities, science demonstrations, and science shows. All weekend long NJCE will feature live shows, tabletop activities, presentations, and giveaways. 

The show is running Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10:30 AM to 5 PM. One-day passes are $35 for Saturday, $30 for Sunday, and $50 for a full weekend pass. Children 10 and under are admitted for free with a paying adult.
