The 68th annual Philly Non-Sports Card Show is returning on April 7-8, 2018 to the Merchants Square Mall on 1901 South 12th Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Continuously run since the 1980s, this show is a popular event for non-sport and entertainment trading card collectors.

An exclusive, limited edition 9-card “Philly Phavorites” trading card series will be available at the show featuring original artwork from parody artists: John Brewer, Neil Camera, Brent Engstrom, Joe Simko, Fred Wheaton, Dennis Willman, George Wright, and Jeff Zapata. The series parodies popular television series such Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, and others. Random sets will also contain autograph cards from the featured artists.

This year’s show will honor the Las Vegas-based company and frequent Philly Non-Sports Card Show exhibitor, Faerie Metal Photography. Over the past five years, this company has created stunning metal trading cards for nearly all of the major card companies as well as many comic book publishers. A special “Faerie Metal Food Fest” dinner to honor the company will be held on Saturday for $23.95. Reservations for the dinner, which will include an exclusive metal card, may be made by emailing Roxanne Toser at roxannetoser@gmail.com

Trading card artists Brewer, Keith Carter, Ted Dastick Jr., Wheaton, and Zapata will also be exhibiting at the show. Additional show highlights include free promotional trading cards from card companies such as 5FINITY, Cryptozoic Entertainment, Iron Dead Studios, and others. Along with Faerie Metal Photography, Cryptozoic Entertainment and Sidekick will be exhibiting.

The Philly Non-Sports Card Show is running Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM. One-day passes are $8 for either Saturday or Sunday, with a two-day pass available for $14.
