Flame Con will be returning to the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in NYC for its fourth year on August 18-19, 2019. The show is focused on the LGBTQ community and has been hailed as “the world’s largest queer comic con,” though nerds of all backgrounds are encouraged to attend.
The 2017 show drew more than 6,000 attendees over the course of the weekend and this year’s show is expected to draw even more. Comic guests this year include James Tynion IV (Detective Comics), Julia Kaye (Up and Out), Kevin Wada (Iceman), Kris Anka (Captain Marvel), Lilah Sturges (Thor: Worthy Origins), Steve Orlando (Outlaw Territory), and many others.
Tickets are on sale now, and more information about Flame Con can be found at the convention website.
