Empire State, are you ready for one of the largest pop culture events on the East Coast? New York Comic Con (NYCC) is taking place on October 4-7, 2018 at the Javits Center on 655 West 34th Street in New York.

Along with an extensive list of panels and workshops, NYCC will also include a decked out Artists Alley and Artist Alley Gallery. This year’s show features Anime Fest throughout the show with meet-ups, activities, and anime-focused panels and artist alley. Ahead of the show, attendees can hang out with the Brooklyn Brewery as they celebrate Brooklyn Defender, the official beer of NYCC, in the Brooklyn Brewery tasting room. In Family HQ, families and kids can join in the hands-on workshops, interactive classes, and entertaining performances. As the convention draws closer NYCC is regularly adding new guests and unveiling more events and activities. 

The con is running Thursday 10:30 AM to 10 PM, Friday 10:30 AM to 10 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM to 5 PM. One-day passes are $50 for Thursday, $52 for Friday, $55 for Saturday, and $52 for Sunday. A Sunday-only kids pass is available for $12, while kids 5 and under are admitted for free. VIP passes are also currently available.
