Thanksgiving weekend just got a whole lot geekier! Northeast Comic Con & Collectibles Extravaganza is taking place on November 23-25, 2018 at the Boxborough Regency Hotel and Conference Center on 242 Adams Place in Boxborough, Massachusetts.
Special guests attending the show include Akira Takarada (Godzilla), Billy West (Futurama), Jerome St. John Blake (Star Wars: The Phantom Menace), Tony V (Seinfeld), Frank Santorelli (The Sopranos), Jimmy Dunn (The McCarthys), Myq Kaplan (Small Dork and Handsome), Will Murray (The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl), Jeff Kline (G.I. Joe Renegades), Peter Bernard (Those American Girls), Gary Sohmers (Antiques Roadshow), Kadrolsha Ona (Queen of the Paranormal), Bob Eggleton (Greetings From Earth), Philo Barnhart (The Little Mermaid), Dan Parent (Archie Comics), Mark McKenna (The Justice League), Joe St. Pierre (Spider-Man), Steve Geiger (The Incredible Hulk), Guy Gilchrist (Muppet Babies), Steve Lavigne (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Keith Champagne (Green Lantern Corps), Charles D. Along with the extensive guest list, Northeast Comic Con & Collectibles Extravaganza is hosting a variety of fun activities during the three-day show. They include panels and workshops, photo ops and autograph sessions with special guests, and a Kidz Zone with events specifically for the younger fans. On Friday, comedian and impressionist Roger Kabler will also present “The Spirt of Robin William.” There are several cosplay competitions and after hour concerts planned for throughout the weekend as well, plus live entertainment, games, exclusives, and more.
The con is running Friday 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 PM to 5 PM. One-day passes are $15 for Friday, $15 for Saturday, $12 for Sunday with a full weekend pass available for $20. Children 10 and under are admitted for free. VIP passes are also currently available.
