Great Lakes Comic Con is heading to Michigan on February 22-23, 2019. The two-day convention is taking place at the Macomb Community College on 14500 Twelve Mile Road in Warren, Michigan. 

Special guests attending the show include Bob McGrath, Roscoe Orman, Emilio Delgado, and Alan Muraoka (Sesame Street), “Mean” Gene Okerlund and “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan (pro wrestlers), Guy Gilchrist (Muppet Babies), Jackson Bostwick (Shazam!), David Newell (Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood), Angel Medina (Spawn), Darryl Banks (Green Lantern), Al Milgrom (Firestorm), Kyle Hotz (Venom), Tom Orzechowski (Uncanny X-Men), Keith Pollard (Amazing Spider-Man), William Messner-Loebs (Wonder Woman), Jason Moore (Batman), Arvell Jones (Iron Fist), Lydia Graber-Green (She & I), Randy Zimmerman (Tales of the Aniverse), Paul Storrie (Gotham Girls), Vince Locke (Sandman), Seth Damoose (Tales of Mr. Rhee), and cosplayers RayGrey Cosplay and The Wonder Woman from The League of Enchantment. 

Along with a glimpse of the growing guest list, Great Lakes Comic Con has offered a sneak peak of the event schedule. In addition to workshops, panels, and photo ops with guests, the show will also feature an adult costume contest, kids costume contest, ballon sculpting with Tim Thurmond, face paining by Chantel, magic tournament, free board gaming, raffles, and more. 

The con is running Friday 5 PM to 9 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM. One-day passes are $15 for Friday and $10 for Saturday. A full weekend pass is available for $25, while children 10 and under are admitted for free. Parking at the show is also free.
