Take a gamble on horror at the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival on October 11-13, 2019. The fall event will be held at the Showboat Hotel, 801 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ.
The con will host A Nightmare on Elm Street reunion with Heather Langenkamp, Amanda Wyss, and Mimi Craven and a Police Academy reunion with Steve Guttenberg, Leslie Easterbrook, Michael Winslow, and Marion Ramsey. Police Academy fans can get a photo op with the cast and a police car.
Featured guests are Christina Ricci (Casper), Peter Criss (KISS), Carmen Electra (Scary Movie), Edward Furlong (Terminator 2: Judgment Day), Ethan Suplee (My Name is Earl), Craig Sheffer (Night Breed), Dustin “Gold Dust” Rhodes and Kurt Angle (pro wrestlers), P.J. Soles (Halloween), Claudia Wells (Back to the Future), Jeremy London (Mallrats), Fiona Dourif (Curse of Chucky), Jen and Sylvia Soska and Tristan Risk (Rabid), Don Shanks (Halloween 5), Patty Mullen and James Lorinz (Frankenhooker), and others.
Throughout the weekend, there will be film screenings, Q&As, and other events. The con runs Friday 5 PM to 11 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
A three-day pass is $75 and single day passes are $30 at the door. Tickets can be purchased and more details can be found on the convention’s website.
