The “story trailer” for the upcoming game Injustice 2 has released, showcasing the duality that most of the DC heroes involved must deal with. Most of the big DC characters are highlighted, including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Robin, and more.

The sequel to 2013’s Injustice: Gods Among Us, Injustice 2 clearly continues the story set in motion by the first title. The game will retain a number of gameplay element from the first game, and will be developed again by NetherRealm Studios. The roster of playable characters confirmed so far includes Aquaman, Atrocitus, Bane, Batman, Brainiac, Blue Beetle, Darkseid, Deadshot, Flash, Green Lantern, Gorilla Grodd, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Power Girl, Reverse-Flash, Robin, Supergirl, Superman, and Wonder Woman; additional characters will be added via downloadable content.

Injustice 2 arrives on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 16, 2017.
