Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe and Titan Comics have teamed up to create a new line of comics based on the upcoming suspense-adventure game, Little Nightmares! This 3D puzzle-platformer is scheduled to hit PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam platforms on April 28, 2017, while Little Nightmares #1 will debut in May.

Little Nightmares is the first collaboration between Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe and Tarsier Studios - the Swedish team known for their award winning work on a PS Vista game in 2012.

This four-issue miniseries connects to the spooky video game, which follows a little girl named Six. After tumbling into a den of ravenous creatures beneath The Maw, Six finds herself in a grim feeding ground for the corrupted souls of the world. A place where excess is encouraged and dark secrets lurk in the shadows.

With these comics, fans will be able to dive deeper into the vast universe of Little Nightmares and learn more about events connected to the game and beyond,” Hervé Hoerdt, Vice President of Marketing & Digital at Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, said.

Little Nightmares further expands the strong relationship between Titan Comics’ and Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, adding to the portfolio of successful comics based on gaming properties including Dark Souls and the upcoming TEKKEN.

Leading the first issue of this new series are writers Dan Watters and Alex Paknadel (Assassin’s Creed: Uprising) along with artist Aaron Alexovich (Heart Shaped Skull).

The Little Nightmares video game, will release on April 28, in digital and physical format on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. While Little Nightmares #1 will be available to order from the Diamond PREVIEWS catalogue.
