Capcom’s legendary Blue Bomber will be returning to action once again in 2018 when Mega Man 11 releases for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A trailer released by the company announced the new game as well as highlighted how far the series has come since its humble beginnings in 1987.

Since the original game first arrived on the Nintendo Entertainment System on December 17, 1987, the franchise has expanded to include more than 50 games across different platforms. More than 30 million Mega Man games have been sold around the world in that time. Besides the main line of games, the franchise has expanded to include X, Legends, Battle Network, Zero, and many other sub-series.
