Archie Comics; $4.99

Fans of Sonic the Hedgehog have gotten the lion’s share of new content so far this year, with a number of special issues and releases in celebration of the series’ 25th anniversary. Though the latest Sonic Super Digest isn’t anything out of the ordinary for the series, this massive issue – 128 pages – continues the tradition of the various Sonic comic books.

The issue features stories from the main Sonic books as well as some stories based on the games, including Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Boom. Plus, some of the side characters get big spotlights, such as Silver the Hedgehog. This Super Digest makes a great addition to any existing Sonic comic book collection.
