Dilton Doiley has invented a new phone app that allows the students of Riverdale High to rate just about anything. And though it’s intended to be used to rate various romantic spots around town, one Reggie Mantle has taken it upon himself to use it for slightly more nefarious means. Meanwhile, one red-headed firecracker has made her way across the pond and is ready to take Veronica’s place as the top girl in school.

Archie continues to put twists on the classic love triangle (or love square these days, I guess. A love parallelogram, maybe?) with the stellar writing by Mark Waid. And while this issue didn’t focus much on our main crew, it managed to shine a light on some of the background characters in a clever way – while also setting up for Cheryl’s revenge on Veronica. Hopefully the next few issues will develop the plot in the clever way the rest of the series has been written so far.
