I haven’t been this excited to read the newest issue in a story arc in a very long time! Upon discovering his likeness and personal history was being used in the comic, The Time Surgeon, the Doctor went in search of the series’ creative team. After finding Sonny Robinson and Val Kent, the Doctor uses the TARDIS to take the pair on an educational adventure.

His intent was to help them bring their one-dimensional character to life; unfortunately, the universe had other plans. What started as a whirlwind vacation suddenly takes a turn when the three land on the “utopia” Zarma. Apparently, a race of Mindmorphs have taken over the once paradise-like planet, with the goal of stealing everyone’s minds. Especially, when they discover how many minds are hidden beneath the Doctor. Can the creative partners channel their talents to save the Doctor, or will all their minds be lost forever?

Robbie Morrison has penned an epic conclusion to an out-of-this-world story. This issue will definitely make it onto my list of favorite comics. Especially given the incredible art within this issue, provided by Rachael Stott. Don’t miss out Whovians, grab your copy today!
