The alien cats are destroying the city and have commenced an attack on Mighty Mouse’s home! Thankfully the police and military give Joey a chance to show them what he can do – which is drawing a hole that some of the cats fall through. From there Joey, Mighty Mouse, and Officer Betances explain to the official types that these cartoon creatures can only be stopped with cartoon weapons!

This miniseries was a lot of fun. It’s the kind of imaginative story that sparks kids into daydreaming for hours about the adventures they could have without pesky reality. Sholly Fisch has written a great all-ages story that combines cartoon excitement with plenty of humor and a nice positive message at the core.

The art by Igor Lima and colors by Mohan embody the character very well, encompassing his bravery with great detail. It’s bright, descriptive, and very entertaining.
